Real Estate Platform Development

A real estate platform is more than an agent website: it is software that pulls listings from an IDX or MLS feed, lets buyers search on a map, save searches and get alerts, and routes every lead to the right agent. We build these platforms custom in PHP and MySQL for brokerages, teams and proptech founders, scoped in a free consultation and quoted as one flat fee you own.

100% custom code, flat‑fee pricing, and a 100 Lighthouse score guarantee. No monthly fees. Ever.

You will love your future experience. ❤️

Share your story on Google and we’ll send you a special "thank you" discount for your next project.

Built around the listing data

The core of any real estate platform is the listing feed. Depending on your MLS and its rules, that means an IDX or RESO Web API connection, a scheduled sync into your own database, and display that follows the feed’s compliance requirements. Owning the synced data is what makes fast search and custom features possible.

On top of the data sit the tools buyers and agents use: map and filter search, saved searches with email alerts, favourites, mortgage and affordability calculators, and lead forms that land in a CRM or an agent dashboard with the property attached.

For an individual agent who mainly needs a fast, well-ranked website, the real estate website design page is the better fit. This page is for projects where the software is the product.

What’s included

Saved searches & alerts

Buyer accounts with favourites and email alerts when new matching listings appear.

Agent dashboards

Lead inboxes, assignment rules and activity history for brokers and teams.

Calculators

Mortgage and affordability tools that keep buyers on your site instead of a portal.

Owned code and data

One flat project fee. The platform, the database and the leads belong to you.

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect to my MLS?

Usually, through an approved IDX vendor or the MLS’s RESO Web API. Access is granted by the MLS to the broker, so we confirm the options for your market during the consultation.

Is this the same as an agent website?

No. An agent website is mainly about presenting you and ranking locally. A platform adds listing search, buyer accounts and lead routing. If you need the first, see real estate website design.

How is it priced?

As one flat project fee, quoted after scoping. Web applications are scoped individually; the published starting point for web applications is on the pricing page.

Who owns the leads and data?

You do. Everything is stored in your own database on hosting in your name.
